1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on February 20, 2024.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2130; Applicant, Kelley Rickett, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Residential Manufactured Home zoning to allow one manufactured home located at West 5th Street South, Terlton - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2128; Applicant, Ronald Root, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Commercial zoning to allow trailer/equipment sales located at 23766 West 151st Street South, Kellyville - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
9. Discussion and possible action to sign a resolution calling for a special election to fill the balance of the unexpired term of office of the County Treasurer (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2027) to be held simultaneously with the 2024 county general election, and for said office to be listed on the same ballot as other county offices.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing the adjusted 2023 Five-year Exempt Manufacturing Claim, form 969, from the Oklahoma Tax Commission to receive tax reimbursement - Haley Anderson, Assessor's Office.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Assessor's Office - Haley Anderson, Assessor.
12. Discussion and possible action to create an account for pass through of REAP grant funds on behalf of Creek County Rural Water District #5, account #1425-3-1300-2324.
13. Discussion and possible action to consider signing division order between Creek County and Dorado Oil Company on property located in Section 28, Township 19 North, Range 09 East (0.00156250 Interest).
14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Magellan Pipeline Company, L.P. to cross West 171st Street South approximately 0.1 mile west of the South 545th West Avenue junction in District #2.
15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company to cross South 369th West Avenue approximately 0.22 mile south of the South 369th West Avenue and West 241st Street South junction in District #3.
16. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid to supply and install aeration system and lift station backup generators, bid #24-16, and update the ARPA project number from 1566-6.1-74039-4110 to #1566-5.2-74039-4110 for the town of Kellyville.
- Discussion and possible action to transfer ARPA funds for the publication cost for the above item from 1566-1-1302-4110 to 1566-1-1302-2005.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
