1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on April 8, 2024.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. 7. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing Southern Justice to use the Courthouse parking lot on Saturday, April 27, 2024, for a Pay It Forward Scholarship Poker Run.

15. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
16. Discussion and possible action to signing Report of Conference on bridges NBI 01619, West 161st Street South over Polecat Creek, and NBI 03716, West 161st Street South over Rowland Creek, in District #1.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider approval or disapproval of Inter-cooperative agreement with the Town of Mannford for the remainder of the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
18. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.
19. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from FiberLink, LLC to parallel South 177th West Avenue approximately 1 mile south of the South 177th West Avenue and West 101st Street South junction in District #2.
20. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to award bid #24-16, ARPA Project #1566-5.2-74039-4110, for supply and install aeration system and lift station backup generators.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
