AGENDA

 

1.Call MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2.STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3.PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4.Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on February 5, 2024.

 

5.Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6.Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7.Discussion and possible action to consider signing a 2024 REAP contract for purchase of SCBA's for Olive VFD, contract #240133.

 

8.Discussion and possible action to consider signing a 2024 REAP contract for purchase and installation of generators for wells for Rural Water District #5, contract #240128.

 

9.Discussion and possible action to consider signing a 2024 REAP contract for asphalt overlay on South 465th West Avenue in District #3, contract #240226.

 

10.Discussion and possible action to consider signing a 2024 REAP contract for repaving 9 blocks of South 65th West Avenue (Oakhurst) in District #2, contract #240224.

 

11.Discussion and possible action to consider using Use Tax funds to purchase gravel for all three Districts.

 

12.Discussion and possible action to consider signing an equipment rental and service agreement for the Creek County Sheriff's Office for BradyIFS for a Wareforce II Dish Machine for the remainder of the 2023-2024 fiscal year.

 

13.Discussion and possible action to add Christi Williamson as Requisitioning Officer to all Fire Department accounts - County Clerk's Office.

 

14.Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County District #3 Highway Tax fund (1313-6-8043-2005/HTX2-3) with funds from Environmental Restoration, LLC in the amount of $20,471.40, as reimbursement for repairs that had to be made to the E0810 Road at the EPA Wilcox Superfund Site, as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

15.Discussion and possible action to consider directing Creek County Treasurer to credit Creek County General Government Insurance fund (0001-1-2300-1222/R4) with a reimbursement check for $1,774.80 from American Fidelity, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

16.Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross 9319 South 46th West Avenue approximately 1.78 miles west and 1.28 miles north of the US 75 and State Highway 364 junction in District #3.

 

17.Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

  • Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for 10" pipeline addition from Bluebell tank to Highway 33, Creek County Rural Water District #1, bid #24-13 and update the ARPA project number from 1566-6.1-7039-4110 to 1566-5.11-7039-4110.
  • Discussion and possible action to transfer ARPA funds for the publication cost of Bid #24-13 from 1566-1-1300-4110 to 1566-1-1300-2005.
  • Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
