1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on March 11, 2024.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on March 11, 2024, described as Property ID# 0000-33-015-007-0-005-0, in Section 33, Township 15N, Range 07E, in Milfay.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to sign an agreement with Family and Children's Services.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider signing a contract with Lighthouse Web Design & Marketing for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to open and award bids for one or more new or used tractors with boom mower, bid #24-17.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to award or deny project #CO0162-1/2/24 install vinyl flooring in the District Attorney's office.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to award or deny project #CO0168-3/1/24 Paint County Clerk's office.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to parallel Teel Road and cross Timber Hill Drive approximately 1.29 miles south and .05 mile west of the SH 66 and SH 117 junction in District #1.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #1 to cross South 241st West Avenue approximately 0.758 miles north of the South 241st West Avenue and West 231st Street South junction in District #1.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross 24538 South 35th West Avenue in Bristow approximately 1.20 miles south and 2.0 miles west of the SH 16 and SH 48 junction in District #3.

 

17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Brian Bowden to cross Ridgeview Street approximately 0.3 miles west of the SH 64 point in District #3.

 

18. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

  • Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bids for Sewer Line Replacement City of Drumright /Drumright Utility Trust, bid #24-14, ARPA project #1566-5.18-74030-4110.
  • Discussion and possible action to award sealed bids for 10" pipeline addition from Bluebell tank to Highway 33, Creek County Rural Water District #1, bid #24-13.
  • Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
