1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on April 15, 2024, and correcting the minutes for the prior meetings held on April 1, 2024, and January 29, 2024.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning/lot split cases CCZ-2133 and CCLS-2957; Applicant, Toni Stover, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Light Residential zoning to allow a lot split located at 6250 South 97th West Avenue, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning/lot split cases CCZ-2135 and CCLS-2958; Applicant, Mike Mason, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Light Residential zoning to allow a lot split located at 18778 South Pickett Road, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning/lot split cases CCZ-2136 and CCLS-2959; Applicants, Kerry & Shelly Hilbert, request approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Residential Manufactured Home district zoning to allow a lot split for existing homes located at 27670 South 513th West Avenue, Depew - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2137; Applicant, Tammie Henderson, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Residential Manufactured Home District zoning to allow one manufactured home located at 6310 West 65th Street South, Tulsa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2134; Applicant, Tanner Consulting, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Light Residential zoning to allow a single-family residential subdivision located at 9032 West 151st Street South, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

12. Discussion and possible action on FY 2025 solid waste/storm debris cleanup assistance program from the Oklahoma Cooperative Circuit Engineering Districts Board.

 

13. Discussion and possible action on the yearly ODOT certified mileage map.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider letting for sealed bid for commonly used items, Bid #24-19.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Insurance account (0001-1-2300-1222/R4) in the amount of $116.68 with funds from American Public Life (APL) to reimburse for refunds of premium submitted on behalf of employees paid from that account, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

16. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

  • Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
