AGENDA

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on March 18, 2024.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to sign an agreement with Family and Children's Services, Human Skills and Resources, Creek County Youth Services, CREOKS, Creek County Health Department, and Lifegate regarding the opioid abatement settlement grant administered by the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning/lot split cases CCZ-2132 and CCLS-2953; Applicant, Denise Frost, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Residential Manufactured Home to allow a lot split located at 23044 South 129th West Avenue in Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider case CCFRP-2024-01; Applicant, Amy Prosser, requests approval of a re- plat for a residential subdivision "The Bluffs", consisting of 15 tracts on 70.48 acres subject tract is located at 5917 Hilton Road in Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to award the 3 Month Asphalt & Emulsions Products & Services Bid # 24-15.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to award bid for one or more new or used tractors with boom mower, bid #24-17.

 

12. Discussion and possible action on signing resolution designating county depository banks for fiscal year 2024-2025 - Treasurer's Office.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.

 

14. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

  • Discussion and possible action to open sealed bid for supply and install aeration system and lift station backup generators, bid #24-16, ARPA #1566-5.2-74039-4110 for the town of Kellyville.
  • Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.

 

15. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION (per 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1)): Discussion of the resignation of the individual salaried employees of the Board of County Commissioners, Planner and Floodplain Administrator.

 

16. Possible action regarding the employment of the individual salaried employee(s) of the Board of County Commissioners, Planner and Floodplain Administrator.

 

17. Adjournment - Chairman.
