AGENDA

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on March 4, 2024.

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

7. Discussion and public sale of property described as Property ID# 0000-33-015-007-0-005-0, in Section 33, Township 15N, Range 07E, in Milfay - Treasurer's Office.

8. Presentation by Family and Children's Services regarding the Opioid Abatement Settlement.

9. Discussion and possible action to sign an agreement with Family and Children's Services.

10. Discussion and possible action to approve participation in the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) for the Creek County Jail by the US Department of Energy in the amount of $77,390.00, which can be used on 14 different types of clean energy or energy efficient projects.

11. Discussion and possible action to open sealed bids for the 3-month asphalt and emulsions products and services, bid #24-15.

12. Discussion and possible action to consider signing a staffing agreement for the Creek County Assessor's Office for Dynamic Recruiting Specialist, LLC for the remainder of the 2023-2024 fiscal year.

13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross 3315 West 73rd Street approximately 2.18 miles south and 1.33 miles west of the US 44 and US 75 junction in District #2.

14. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

Discussion and possible action to open/award sealed bids for 10" pipeline addition from Bluebell tank to Highway 33, Creek County Rural Water District #1, bid #24-13.
Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
