1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on December 8, 2025.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action to award sealed bid for concrete pad work for Milfay VFD, Bid #26-3.
8. Discussion and possible action to award bids for the 6-month bridge and highway materials, asphalt and emulsion products, and professional services, bid #26-4.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider approval of 38853(04) Creek Lake Access Reimbursement, SAP-219D(139)LG in the amount of $325,000.00, for District #3.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing contract with Vertiv for the servicing of UPS systems for the County's radio towers, which is set to expire in January.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.
12. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc./ONG to cross South 90th West Avenue and parallel West 151st Street South approximately 3.01 miles south and 1.14 miles east of the US 75 Alternate and State Highway 117 junction in District #1.
13. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
14. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION (per 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1)): Discussion of the resignation and interviews for the replacement of individual salaried employee of the Board of County Commissioners, Emergency Management Director.
15. Possible action regarding the hiring or restructuring of the position, Emergency Management Director, resulting from the item above.
