1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on May 12, 2025.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action to consider sponsoring the opioid entities to submit an application for opioid grant for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Amended Agreement for Educational Services between Bristow Public Schools and the Creek County Juvenile Justice Detention Center.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider signing a letter of support required to go along with the fiber project submission by AT&T to the Oklahoma Broadband Office for consideration of a possible grant to assist with placing fiber in Creek County rural areas.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing division order between Creek County and Emmaus Energy, LLC, on property located in Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 09 East (0.00244628% Interest).
11. Discussion and possible action to approve J/P Number 32295, Project Br 254 Little Deep Fork Acquisition Services Proposal for District #3.
12. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.
13. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Opioid Abatement Opioid Abatement Settlement, Distributors Settlement fund (1251-3-6701-2005) with a check from Milestone & Co., LLC in the amount of $17,547.07, as Pre-Appeal Allocation to Entity, minus 15% for Attorney Fees, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Opioid Abatement Opioid Abatement Settlement, Distributors Settlement fund (1251-3-6701-2005) with a check from Milestone & Co., LLC in the amount of $39,866.33, as Pre-Appeal Allocation to Entity, minus 15% for Attorney Fees, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility Permit request from ONE Gas, Inc., to cross Glidden Avenue (Barrett Ridge Estates) approximately 3.01 miles south and 0.89 miles east of the US Alternate Highway 75 and State Highway 117 junction in District #1.
16. Discussion and possible action to consider extending a utility permit request from FiberLink, LLC to parallel and cross West 81st Street South starting at 177th West Avenue traveling east to South 161st West Avenue in District #2, originally approved on April 21, 2025. Requesting an extension of three weeks.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider extending a utility permit request from Cox Communications to parallel South Sahoma Lake Road approximately 0.64 miles north of Turner Turnpike and South Sahoma Lake Road junction in District #2. Requesting an extension of 30 days.
18. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to approve a Purchase Order, allowing the US Department of Treasury to reclaim unencumbered ARPA 2021 funds by May 27, 2025. Return of funds to be submitted through the US Treasury Portal via ACH.
