1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on July 7, 2025.

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

7. Discussion and possible action to consider approval or disapproval and/or renewal of the following contracts for the 2025-2026 fiscal year:

i. Murray County Juvenile Detention contract

ii. Okmulgee County Juvenile Detention contract

iii. Pawnee County Juvenile Detention contract

iv. Township of Lawrence Creek inter-cooperative agreement with District #2

v. Air Comfort, Inc. Maintenance agreement - Radio Towers

8. Discussion and possible action in amending resolution for CCZ-2144 and CCLS-2982 applicant Cindy Barret requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture to Light Residential on tract 2 and tract 1 to remain agricultural located at 14601 Teel Rd., Sapulpa, OK 74066

9. Discussion and possible action to consider a Final Plat CCFP-2025-01 for "Childers Creek", a proposed single-family subdivision, containing 24.51 acres, more or less, located on S 49th W Ave., approximately ¼ mile from W 151st St So., intersection, Kiefer.

10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing the Local Elected Officials' Consortium Agreement between Creek County and the Green County Workforce Development Board and making an appointment for the board.

11. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for courthouse roof replacement bid#25-22.

12. Discussion and possible action to award or deny bid #25-20 remove and replace air conditioners, Creek County Jail.

13. Discussion and possible action to award project number CJ0203-7/9/25 replacing a detention door.

14. Discussion and possible action to consider signing the Memorandum of Agreement with Muscogee (Creek) Nation for the S. 193rd W. Ave. and S. 465th W. Ave. Bridge Projects, NTTFI, Route 1203, NBI #01410 and NTTFI, Route 1292, NBI#01406 in District #3.

15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cox Communications to cross and parallel West 151st St South approximately .51 miles west of ALT-75/Main Street in District #1.

16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross and parallel South 97th West Avenue approximately 2.47 miles south and 5.02 miles west of Junction US Highway 75 and State Highway 67 in District #1.

17. Discussion and possible action to hear presentation for grant services from WSB, Amber Adams, Representative.

18. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
