1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on June 16, 2025.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action on a proposal from Insurica for property and liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance by Jon LaFevers.
8. Discussion and possible action on Turn Key contract renewal.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider signing reimbursement contract between the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and the Creek County Commissioners for an Environmental Officer grant - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider applying for the Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant for District #1.
11. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for the custom fabrication and installation of shelving and chain link fence installation bid #25-21. Bidders are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting at 9:00 am, July 10th at 314 E Lee Avenue, Sapulpa, OK 74066.
12. Discussion and possible action on signing the Treasurer's Investment Policy for fiscal year 2025-2026 - Treasurer's Office.
13. Discussion and possible action to sign purchase agreements with the intent of trading in two (2) 2014 Caterpillar Graders to Yellowhouse Machinery Company, and enter into lease purchase agreements for two (2) John Deere 672G Graders with 6WD, utilizing Sourcewell contract # 011723-JDC.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross South 119th West Avenue approximately 0.77 miles west and 3.12 miles north of the State Highway 97 and State Highway 166 junction in District #2.
15. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
