1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on April 28, 2025.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to sign a resolution to establish an account for County Highway All Donations, 2025-48 account, 1235-6-4000-4152, to be used for all monies donated and expenditures from donations received by the County Highway District #1, District #2, and District #3. The Chairman will sign off on the Special Apportionment Form from the Treasurer's Office.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider adding Newt Stephens, Jr., Zac Moore, Jarrod Whitehouse, and Dana Logsdon as Requisitioning Officers for the County Highway Donations 2025-48 account (1235-6-4000-4152).

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider adding Receiving Officers Glen Musser and Misty McCurley for the County Highway Donations 2025-48 account (1235-6-4000-4152).

 

10. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for Ballot Printing for fiscal year 25-26, Bid #25-15.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to let for bid for purchase of a Fire-Rescue Training Container, REAP Grant #250131, Olive Volunteer Fire Department, Bid #25-16.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to award written quotes to clean and seal the courthouse, Project #CO0183-4/22/25.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider approval or disapproval and/or renewal of the Oklahoma Juvenile Affairs Fiscal Year 2026 contract for Detention Transportation with Creek County.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider approval or disapproval and/or renewal of the Oklahoma Juvenile Affairs First Amendment of the Fiscal Year 2024/2026 Contract for Regional Secure Detention with Creek County.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cimarron Telephone Company to cross and parallel South 545th West Avenue, South 529th West Avenue, and West 41st Street South at the intersection with State Highway 51 junction in District #2.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cox Communications to cross and parallel South 161st West Avenue approximately 1.37 miles north of the Turner Turnpike junction in District #2.

 

17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from FiberLink, LLC to parallel and cross West 81st Street South starting at South 161st West Avenue traveling east to South 126th West Avenue in District #2.

 

18. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
