Separate sealed written bids for the construction of the CREEK COUNTY SHERIFF, EOC PHASE 1 in Creek County will be received by the Creek County Commissioners on behalf of the Creek County Public Facilities Authority at 317 E Lee Room 100 Sapulpa, OK 74066 until 8:59 am January 8, 2024 for furnishing tools, materials and labor, and performing the work necessary to be done in the construction of the above. All bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Creek County Commissioners or a representative for the Commissioners at

9:00 am January 8, 2024.  Electronic bid submissions will not be accepted.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 pm December 21, 2023 at Creek County Courthouse Commissioner's Meeting Room - 317 E Lee 2nd Floor Sapulpa, OK 74066. A tour of the areas of construction will immediately follow.  Prospective Bidders are required to attend.

 

The County reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality or to reject any or all bids.

 

The sealed proposal of each bidder shall be clearly marked with vendor name, address, Bid #24-10 Creek County Sheriff, EOC Phase 1 and accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Relationship Affidavit, and a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid to be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects, or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary bonds within ten (10) working days from and after the date the award is made.

 

Bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening.
