ARPA EXTERNAL REQUEST FORM

The Board of Creek County Commissioners has called for projects and funding requests, utilizing the American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA") Funds. These funds are restricted to public health and economic impacts of the COVID-19 public health emergency and necessary investments in water, sewer, or broadband infrastructure.

Round 1 is open to the following entities within Creek County: Cities and towns and their respective Public Authorities, Water and Sewer Public Trusts and Title 82 Water Entities.  External Request Forms are due by 4 p.m. on November 1, 2021. You may deliver the Call for Projects Form to the County Clerk located at 317 E. Lee, Suite 100, Sapulpa, OK 74066, attention ARPA or email to arpa2021@creekcountyonline.com.

 This call for projects is open to the following entities within Creek County: Cities and towns and their respective Public Authorities, Water and Sewer Public Trusts, and Title 82 Water entities.
 Requests must follow the allowable costs described in the Interim Final Rule & must clearly identify the Expenditure Category for which funds are being requested. Expenditure Categories can be found on pages 31 & 32 at the following link: https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/136/SLFRF-Compliance-and-Reporting-Guidance.pdf
 Requests will be reviewed for compliance prior to the call for application.
 Requestor will be notified regarding the status of the request.
 Requests will be accepted & reviewed by the ARPA funding committee for compliance then sent to the Board of County Commissioners to approve, deny, or request more information.
 Upon approval by the Board of County Commissioners, the requestor will enter the application phase.
 Incomplete requests will be returned for more information.  For questions on completing the request form call Barbara Albritton at 918-579-9420.  Requests must be received by 4:00 p.m. November 1, 2021 to be considered for the first round of applications.
