 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on November 13, 2023.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2121; Applicant, Cody Russell, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Commercial zoning on subject tract to allow RV park and storage facilities located at 16621South 257th West Avenue in Kellyville - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider case CCFP-2023-01; Shamrock Addition; Applicant, Shamrock Land, LLC, requests approval of a final plat for a residential subdivision "Shamrock Addition", consisting of 90 tracts on 803.4 acres, subject tract is located ¼ mile East of South 513th West Avenue off West Highway 16 in Depew - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider case CCPP-2023-05; Duck Creek Estates; Applicant, David Henke, requests approval of a preliminary plat for a residential subdivision "Duck Creek Estates", consisting of 20 tracts on 80 acres, subject tract is located at 19363 South 49th West Avenue in Mounds - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to approve a safety meeting luncheon for county employees to be held on December 14, 2023, and for all County offices to close for this event.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to award written quotes for camera system at District #1.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to use Use-Tax funds for courthouse complex updates.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider signing form 324a claim for purchase of a 2022 Caterpillar Motor Grader, Model 140 GC, through the County Road Machinery and Equipment Revolving Fund with ODOT - Jarrod Whitehouse, Commissioner District #3.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Sheriff's Office Salary fund (0001-2-0400-1110/B1A) with a check from Creek County Claims of Oklahoma in the amount of $80.77, as reimbursement for wages paid by the County, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Consolidated Creek County Rural Water District #3 to cross South 161st West Avenue and West 91st Street South in District #2.

 

17. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

  • Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
