Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. 13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving change order proposal for District #2 from Morehead Construction.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider approval of payment for a perpetual highway easement for project J/P 30474(04); CIRB-219C(XXX)RB; Creek County; Parcel 1 for District #3.
15. Discussion and possible action to consider signing project agreement for Project Number J3-6112(004)CI, State Project Number 36112(04)(05)(06)(07) by and between Creek County and Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
16. Discussion and possible action on selecting bridge inspection firms from the ODOT approved list for April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2026.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from the Town of Mannford to cross West 41st Street South approximately 2300 feet west of South 265th West Avenue in District #2.
18. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds for RAVE license renewal.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
