1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on October 10, 2023, and prior meeting minutes from the Special Meeting held on October 12, 2023.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action on public hearing to consider adding currently existing public roads to the Official Creek County Maintenance System described as: Beginning at the corner of South 339th West Ave and West 265th Street South going West approximately 661 feet to South 341st West Avenue then continuing South approximately 2990 feet, all in Section 17, Township 15 North, Range 9 East.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on October 2, 2023, described as 648 Creek Lane in Mannford.
9. Discussion and public sale of property described as 119 East Wood Street in Drumright - Treasurer's Office.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider renewing Retiree Community Care insurance - Tandra McClellan, County Clerk's Office.
11. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Approval of Extension for REAP Contract 210206 (81st W. Ave.) and Authorization for Chairman to sign.
12. Discussion and possible action to appoint Leon Warner as the Locally Elected Official to represent Creek County for the 2024 Tulsa Workforce.
13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.
14. Discussion and possible action to award sealed bid for an IP Based Premise Telephone System for the Creek County Sheriff, Bid #24-6
15. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
16. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Sheriff's Capital Outlay account (0001-2-0400-4110/B3) with funds from ACCO in the amount of $2,394.95 from ACCO as reimbursement for damages to a sheriff vehicle which occurred on September 7, 2023, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Sheriff's Capital Outlay account (1226-2-1100-2012/SSF17) with funds from ACCO in the amount of $9,957.70 from ACCO as reimbursement for damages to a sheriff vehicle which occurred on September 22, 2023, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office
18. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross 5112 West 64th Street South approximately 1.14 miles south and 2.45 miles west of the US 75 and State Highway 66 junction in District #1.
19. Discussion and possible action to consider approving utility permit requests from Creek County Rural Water District #2 to cross West 71st Street South, West 72nd Place South, West 73rd Street South, West 74th Street South and South 33rd West Avenue, all in Section 9, Township 18N, Range 12E in District #2 for a 90-day period of time.
20. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company to cross South 385th West Avenue approximately 0.47 miles south of the West 241st Street South and South 385th West Avenue in District #3.
21. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
- Discussion and possible to consider signing Master Services Agreement and order form for Pictometry International Corp. for previously approved high-resolution imagery covering the entire county and associated data access license.
