 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on October 2, 2023.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on October 2, 2023, described as Section 3, Township 19N, Range 8E, S100 of beginning 430 West of East 1/4 corner of North 296 .3 North 88.21 west 1 00 south 299 .2 east 100 to Point of beginning.

 

8. Discussion and public sale of property described as 648 Creek Lane in Mannford - Treasurer's Office.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to restructure and sign the lease purchase agreement Form 120B to preserve the total cost of the lease of a Ford F450 Quick Attack Brush Truck, Bid #22-14, with Banner Fire Department, Inc., on behalf of Bristow Fire Department.

 

10. Discussion and possible action on hiring a surveyor and outside counsel for preparation of Teel Road easement in Section 5, Township 17N, Range 11E.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to sign resolution approving a REAP grant from INCOG for Creek County District #3 for asphalt overlay on South 465th West Avenue from West 261st Street South to West 291st Street South (3 miles).

 

12. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bid for an IP Based Premise Telephone System for the Creek County Sheriff, Bid #24-6.

 

13. Discussion and possible action considering funding available for storm debris assistance through DEQ and the Oklahoma Cooperative Circuit Engineering Districts Board (OCCEDB).

 

14. Discussion and possible action on signing a fuel card agreement with ComData for District #2.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Retirement/Workman's Compensation/Unemployment fund (0001-1-2000-1233/R5) with funds from the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma (ACCO) County Claims - Operating Account in the amount of $14,536.00, as a Performance Rebate for the 20/21 policy year for the favorable performance of the ACCO-SIF Worker's Compensation program as a whole, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross 10820 West 171st Street South approximately 6.5 miles south and 5.66 miles west of US 75 and State Highway 364 in District #1.

 

17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Sory Emery Ryan to parallel Ridgewood Street approximately 0.1 mile north of Interstate 44 in District #3.

 

18. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

  • Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
