1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on September 25, 2023.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and public sale of property described as Section 3, Township 19N, Range 8E, S100 of beginning 430 West of East 1/4 corner of North 296 .3 North 88.21 west 1 00 south 299 .2 east 100 to Point of beginning - Treasurer's Office.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider approval or disapproval of a contract between the Creek County Assessor's Office and Legacy Energy Consulting, LLC for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider using $9,957.50 of deductible funds to pay for damages to a sheriff deputy vehicle which occurred on September 21, 2023.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider using $2,394.95 of deductible funds to pay for damages to a sheriff deputy vehicle which occurred on September 7, 2023.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider establishing County Holiday Schedule for 2024.
12. Discussion and possible action to remove Requisitioning Officer Jennifer Mortazavi and adding Rick Selsor and Dana Logsdon for 146th Street South RRID (4200-6-7001-2005; 4200-6-7001-4110).
13. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #2 to cross South 49th West Avenue approximately 0.3 miles north of West 181st Street South in District #1.
15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #1 to cross 209th West Avenue and Slick Road approximately .795 miles south of the 181st Street South and 209th West Avenue in District #1.
16. Discussion and possible action on creating a 4-way stop intersection at West 161st Street South and South 49th West Avenue.
17. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
