CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
1. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
3. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on August 21, 2023.
4. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
5. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
6. Discussion, public hearing, and possible action on request of transfer of ownership of the Magnolia Memorial Cemetery, generally located Northeast of the Turner Turnpike and Route 66 junction and South of West 211th Street South near Bristow.
7. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bid for purchase of 5 or more refurbished 800mhz handheld portable radios, Bid #24-4, Creek County Sheriff.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider signing project agreement for Project Number J-3-2295(004)CI, State Piece Number 32295(04) by and between Creek County and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider approval or disapproval and/or renewal of Professional Services Agreement for St. John Sapulpa, Inc. for the 2023-2024 fiscal year for the Health Department.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider adding Rick Engleman as a Requisitioning Officer for the Creek County Treasurer's Office (0001-1-0600-1110/C1A; 0001-1-0600-1320/C1C; 0001-1-0600-2005/C2) (1220-1-0600-1110/CV2; 1220-1-0600-2005/CV-2; 7402-1-0600-2005/CV-4; 7408-1-0600-2005/CV-1) (1230-1-0600-2005/CTMT1).
11. Discussion and possible action to consider removing Receiving Officer James Carathers and replacing with Jeff Webb for the Kellyville Volunteer Fire Department (1321-2-8305-2005, 1321-2-8305-4110).
12. Discussion and possible action to consider disposal of equipment for the Creek County Highway District #2 - Leon Warner, Commissioner.
13. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Civil Defense M&O fund (0001-1-2700-2005/R8) with a check from the CINTAS Corporation in the amount of $15.00, as reimbursement of a duplicate payment, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
14. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
