1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on May 22, 2023.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action to open sealed bids for Lease Purchase of one or more New or Demo Custom Cab Pumpers, bid #23-19, Drumright Fire Department.
8. Discussion and possible action to open and award bids for 3-month asphalt and emulsions, bid #23-22.
9. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bids for 6-month bridge and highway materials and professional services, bid #23-23.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolution for workers' compensation insurance renewal with ACCO-SIF for the 2023/2024 fiscal year.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Insurance account (0001-1-2300-1222/R4) with funds from Benefit Resources, Inc., in the amount of $697.66, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
12. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Able Plumbing to cross 15219 South 49th West Avenue approximately .5 miles south of the Highway 67 and 49th West Avenue point in District #1.
13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit extension request, originally approved on April 3, 2023, from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross 300 East Harrison Avenue approximately 0.51 miles east and 0.25 miles south of the State Highway 16 and State Highway 48 junction in District #3.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit extension request, originally approved on March 20, 2023, from Vyve Broadband to cross and parallel West 151st Street South and South 217th West Avenue approximately 1 mile west of the West 151st Street South and Highway 66 junction in District #1 and District #3, requesting 60 days.
15. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
