 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on January 30, 2023.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing the Courthouse parking to be used for a revival run, including a fun run for kids and an all-day block party, beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m. on April 29th, 2023 - Levi Bradley, Shoulder2Shoulder Ministries.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing the Courthouse parking to be used for a Night of Unity event on Sunday, September 15, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 9:00 p.m. - Levi Bradley, Shoulder2Shoulder Ministries.

 

9. Discussion and possible action on approval of the final engineering design plans for replacing Bridge 23 over Little Salt Creek in District #2, ODOT project #JP 30473.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing a resolution on Fairboard members reappointments and/or elections: District #1, Chris Carr; District #2, Terry Spencer; District #3 Keith Nation.

 

11. Discussion and possible action on using Highway Maintenance & Operations All (1102-6-4000-2005/T2-ALL) account to purchase sanders and plows for Emergency Management trucks.

 

12. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

  • Discussion and possible action to edit Purchase Order #2014, and create a Purchase Order for Light 'Em Up for $47,952.08.
  • Transfer of remaining blanket funds for Mannford Water/Sewer project publication back to Capital Outlay for said project.
  • Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
