16. Discussion and possible action to consider final plat CCFP-2022-01: Applicant, Jim Beach, requests approval of a final plat for a subdivision "Sunset Farms "containing approximately 22 lots and one reserve area located at South 49th West Avenue in Mounds - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider placing a 14-day burn ban in Creek County, beginning September 26, 2022, pursuant to 2 O.S. § 16-26.
18. Discussion and possible action regarding restricting hours for public parking at the parking area at the county courthouse complex in Sapulpa.
19. Discussion and possible action to change parameters of REAP Grant #210206 from West 81st Street from West 145th Street South to West 81st Street from West 161st Street South to 161st Street South to West 193rd West Avenue for District #2.
20. Discussion and possible action to consider correcting Requesting Officer's name on Resolution 2022-140A for Silver City - Jennifer Mortazavi, County Clerk.
21. Discussion and possible action on entering into an agreement with ODOT for Supplemental and Modification Agreement Number 2, Project Maintenance, Financing, and Right-of-Way Agreement on project STP-0474(004)CI on NS365 Road over Deep Ford River APX 10.5 M S of Depew.
22. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Building Maintenance and Operations fund (0001-1-3300-2005/BMA-2) with a check from Otis Elevator Company in the amount of $778.00, a reimbursement for a duplicate payment, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
23. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cox Communications to cross and parallel West 131st Street South and Dugan Road approximately 0.11 miles west of the West 131st Street South and Heywood Hill Road junction in District #1.
24. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cox Communications to parallel Tiger Lane and Highway 97 service road 0.18 miles north of the West 71st Street South and Highway 97 junction in District #2.
25. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds for roll-off dumpsters for Oakhurst community trash cleanup activity.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds to renovate the ballroom to use as the Commissioners' meeting room.
