1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on July 14, 2022.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)
7. Discussion and possible action to consider placing a 7-day burn ban in Creek County, beginning July 18, 2022, pursuant to 2 O.S. § 16-26.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (0001-1-2000-2005/R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office fund for reimbursement of utility payments, in the amount of $2,252.17, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider disposal of K-9 equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of various pieces of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office- Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
12. Discussion and possible action to consider disposal of equipment for the Creek County Clerk's Office - Jennifer Mortazavi, County Clerk.
13. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for Creek County Highway Department District #3 - Jarrod Whitehouse, Commissioner District #3.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for Creek County Highway Department District #2 - Leon Warner, Commissioner District #2.
15. Discussion and possible action on accepting, awarding, or denying proposals for the Courthouse Complex Camera System Project #CO0135-62122.
16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas to cross West 61st Street South, just west of the South 81st West Ave. and West 61st Street South Junction in District #2.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #1 to cross South 241st West Ave. North of West 141st St. South in District #3.
18. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Town of Kiefer to place a storm siren at West 161st Street South and Hwy 75A in District #1.
19. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Town of Kiefer to place a storm siren at West 161st Street South and South 49th West Ave. in District #1.
20. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit from Creek County Rural Water District #2 to cross South Hickory North of 161st Street South in District #1.
21. Discussion and possible action on developing a list of bridges per district to pursue Bridge Investment Program funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation.
22. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
