Item #16: DISCUSSION ONLY/NO ACTION to sign Global 7 Testing Solutions FMCSA Program (for DOT regulated employees) Agreement. Christy Parrick, spoke to the Board and review the current DOT regulations and what their company offers. We have a wide range of options that you can pick from. We can manage your CDL Drives and Non-CDL Drivers Drug Testing, Random Drug Tests, New Hire Testing and the Clearing House Portal. It is truly customizable to your needs and wants. We utilize SAM certified labs, that participate in the nationwide medical review program. Parrick explained the different options, costs and the 2020 in acted laws. Parrick stated they offer training to the designated officials representatives that we will be working with. We do offer an online version or in person training at no cost. There was discussion of the setup costs, testing turn around, and the chain of custody of the testing. The Board requested that the agreement be amended to meet their needs specified today and resend it to be on a future agenda for approval.

Item #17: Motion was made by Stephens and seconded by Warner to select options for Bid#22-12 installation of a new security camera system at the Creek County Juvenile Justice Center choosing options (b) for $4,600.00 for POE Switch and option 59 & 60 two PTZ cameras for $4,780.00. Jamie Wheeler, Deputy stated we would like to clarify the bid from last week it contains additional options within the awarded bid last week, we would like to have the Board approve option b and options 59-60. Warner asked if all other bidders bid with the same options. Wheeler stated not on the PTZ cameras, the lower bidder offered stationary cameras, we asked for moveable cameras. We are still within the middle range of the bidders. Also, there was a maintenance agreement that was offered, but we would like time to discuss this with the vendor, as we have an existing contract and we would like to see what the new proposed one offers. There was discussion of this being an agenda item, but Andrew Goforth, Assistant District Attorney stated we could just approve it under item #5, if they proceed. Item #14: STRIKE discussion and possible action to consider signing the Cooperative Extension Services Agreement between the State and the County for fiscal year 2022-2023. Goforth stated this will come after the budget has been approved.
Item #15: Motion was made by Warner and seconded by Whitehouse to sign Resolution#2022-102 directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Election Board General Fund Personal Services account with any reimbursement that may come from entities calling, elections, such as municipalities and school districts, for reimbursement for overtime pay for election workers during the fiscal year 2022-2023, as per Title 62 O.S. 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office. Vote as follows: Stephens - Aye, Warner - Aye, Whitehouse - Aye.
