1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on June 6, 2022.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

7. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bids for ballot printing for the Creek County Election Board, bid #22-13.
8. Discussion and possible action on presentation by the City of Oilton for sewer and water project using ARPA funds.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider approving lighting upgrades in the main arena at the fairgrounds, project #FB-51-4/22-22 - Jon Keiffer, Fairgrounds.
10. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bid for installation of a new security camera system at the Creek County Juvenile Justice Center, Bid #22-12.
11. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bids for one or more new 1.5 ton or larger brush trucks with lease purchase financing, bid #22-14.
12. Discussion and possible action to award sealed bids for used railroad tank cars for Creek County, bid #22-15.
13. Discussion and possible action to award 3-month bids for asphalt and emulsions, bid #22-16.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolution for workers' compensation insurance renewal with ACCO-SIF for the 2022/2023 fiscal year.
15. Discussion and possible action regarding the Estimate of Needs for Commissioners' Budgeted accounts for the 2022/2023 Fiscal Year.
16. Discussion and possible action to consider changing the speed limit from 45 to 25 on South 155th West Avenue from West 71st Street South going north to West 61st Street South in District #2.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider changing the speed limit from 45 to 25 on South 151st West Avenue and West 153rd Street West Avenue, starting and ending on West 71st Street South in District #2.
18. Discussion and possible action to remove Receiving Officer Tim Richison for Creek County Highway District #2, and adding Lance Barto as Receiving Officer for Highway District #2 accounts (1102-6-0800-2079/CED; 1102-6-4200-1110/T1A-2; 1102-6-4200-1320/T1C-2; 1102-6-4200-2005/T2-2; 1102-6-4200-4110/T3-2; 1102-6-6520-2005/SB1888; 1103-6-4200-4030/CBI-2; 1103-6-4000-4030/CBI-A; 1235-6-4200-4151/2021-6; 1313-6-8042-2005/HTX2-2).
19. Discussion and possible action to allow Lance Barto to drive a foreman's county-owned vehicle home for on-call duties, replacing Tim Richison.
20. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross South 417th West Avenue approximately 8.0 miles south and 4.04 miles west of the State Highway 16 and State Highway 48 junction in District #3.
21. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
-Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
