AGENDA

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on April 25, 2022.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on April 25, 2022, for property described as O.T. Shamrock Lots 25 and 26, Block 5 in Shamrock.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider renaming the county bridge with the local identification number 178, located on Veterans Memorial Road in Bristow, Sammy Dean "Tampy" Varner Bridge, and issuing a proclamation to this effect.

 

9. Discussion and possible action on presentation by the City of Drumright for sewer and water project using ARPA funds.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for installation of a new security camera system at the Creek County Juvenile Justice Center, Bid #22-12.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider using the ACCO deductible fund to pay for damages to a Sheriff vehicle due to striking a deer on April 17, 2022, in the amount of $14,906.35.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (0001-1-2000-2005/R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office fund for reimbursement of utility payments, in the amount of $127.42, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross and parallel West 77th Street and South 65th East Avenue approximately 2.87 miles north and 2.99 miles west of the U.S. 75 and State Highway 364 junction in District #2.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross West 61st Street approximately 0.76 miles south and 3.02 miles east of the State Highway 51 and State Highway 97 junction in District #2.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross South 65th West Avenue approximately 1.35 miles south and 1.45 miles west of the US-244 and Gilcrease Expressway in District #2.

 

16. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

-Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.

-Discussion and possible action to consider transferring $214,285.71 from 1566-1-2000-1110 to 1566-1-74039-4110 for the Town of Kellyville sewer and water project.

-Transfer of Care Start Rapid COVID Test Kits to the Creek County Jail.
