The Creek
County Planning Office is responsible for planning for, and facilitating the
growth and development of unincorporated Creek County. All zoning, land
division, and development proposals are reviewed in light of the goals and
objectives of the Comprehensive Plan and best land use and management practices.
These goals and objectives represent the policies for growth and
development set forth by the Sapulpa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (S.M.A.P.C.)
and the Creek County Board of Commissioners.
The
primary responsibility of Creek County Planning Office is to
accept, research and review, and report and provide recommendations on
all applications for Rezoning , Special Exceptions, Variances, Major Subdivision
Plats, Minor Subdivision Plats, Lot-Splits, Floodplain Development Permits, and
other such development-related applications.
All applications are reviewed in consideration of applicable development
standards and regulations. Contact
