Amanda Vanorsdol - Creek County Court Clerk            Sherry Bennett - 1st Deputy

The Court Clerk as an elected official files and maintains all court records of Creek County. There are three divisions of the Creek County Court Clerk's Office. The main office is in Sapulpa on the 2nd floor of the courthouse. The other two divisions are located in Bristow and Drumright. There are 28 employees in the three offices. Pat and her staff are always ready to help you.

The Court Clerk also maintains statistics regarding the filing and disposition of all cases and also collects statutory fees, fines and forfeitures and distributes the collections as provided by law to the appropriate agencies. The Court Clerk also oversees jurors. The Creek County Court Clerk operates on an annual budget of over $1 million. We follow procedures prescribed by the Oklahoma Supreme Court, Court Administrator's Office and the State Auditor and Inspector. The Oklahoma Supreme Court oversees the operation of the office.

Among the types of cases handled are: Civil, Small Claims, Probate, Domestic, Criminal, Traffic, Marriage License and other licenses. Information on applying for a Marriage License can be found on this site as well as a link to Small Claims procedure.

In 2007 the Creek County Court Clerk's Office began a Cost Administrator program. The deputy in charge is Yvetta Wells and she is located in the Sapulpa Office but she oversees payments in all three offices. If you have fine and cost in Creek County this is the person to see to make arrangements for your payments.
